We have a no returns and no exchanges policy because every item is handmade to order. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at Mark@MarksTieDye.com
Mark’s Tie Dye is not in the business of making tie dye that its customers can’t wear.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 8 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Each item is handmade to order, so there are potential delays if your tie dye needs to be remade. If there are any substantial delays with your order, I will contact you. I will keep you updated as best as I can.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping on orders inside the United States is free. You can upgrade your shipping class at checkout if you’d like to expedite the transit time on your order. Marks Tie Dye uses USPS to ship all packages, unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer.
Transit time on First Class Mail: 1-5 Business Days
Transit time on Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
Transit time on Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Business Days
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is not available.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification from us. This will happen when your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Mark@MarksTieDye.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
